Huge queue time for submissions in contests

Hi Everyone,

Most of the contests nowadays take huge time for running a code on a problem. It is really annoying that submission status remains " in queue " for a long duration of time during contests.MikeMirzayanov Please look into this matter.

It's the saddest when you go through a half hour long queue and find out you got WA 2 for question B.
