i gave round 805 today , and i realized i would be uploading a blog after each ( special to me ) contest where i ll try to write down all my honest realization .

in today's contest , i lacked implementation tactics , i was prepared with ideas for the first three question , but could not implement them on time . it took me around 1 hour to implement 2nd question and it is justified somewhere as i have solved way less problems so far , however the good thing is that i was able to focus till the end moment . and i am happy for my effort . i ll improve .. happy coding....

today i gave global round 131 - i would say , my expectations died , this happened becoz i went into overconfidence . - watching streamers and " hot to become this or that " build that pressure on me to perform extraordinary . - i solved 1st ques quick and went to the second , i kind of knew what has to be done , but some more details were required which i ignored and went straight submitting it . - blunder happened and i missed the second ques, i got demotivated and suddenly realized that i was in dillusion that i am already too good . - i did not think much about 2nd ques before submmitting it . - i was already ranked down . a lot . - i could have solved even the third question , if my apporoach and focus were on peak , also if i were not stuck in false beliefs and thought about all those edge cases properly . - it then took me another 20 — 25 minutes to solve 2nd one - it was 1/2 an hour left i gave up .

take aways — - stop watching progress of others and their routine or something like that . - listen , you are unique and your path to become that good would also be unique , your brain thinks different and and therefore your progression has to be different . - therefore just believe in yourself , give yourself sufficient time to progress and do not overload your brain with false hopes - believe in the process and practice harder , if you are better than before , you are on the right path . - one , last thing , never give up before the contest is finished as i did today — your brain is actually trying to escape the pain and only you can control it .
