Is it possible to recover the flow for each edge after running the Push-relabel algorithm on a graph?
It seems like some inside cycles of flow can exist after running the algorithm.

Hi guys! I have prepared for you some statistics on how countries are performing against each other in Codeforces which I hope you will find interesting!
(Here I don't count countries that have less than 10 Codeforces users)
(again users>=10)
