Coordinator here. The checker is correct in this case, but maybe the comment is not really clear. The comment means that the checker only found out 115088 good vertices in your configuration, but you printed out 119267, so your configuration is incorrect despite your answer on the first line.

This is definately my fault for not checking the message more carefully. Thank you for pointing that out.
