Although 1710E - Два массива can be found on the internet,this problem is actually a hard problem, *2400 is too outrageous.

Maybe the difficulty is only about the number of people who solved it.

    Number and ratings of them. But there have been cases in the past where an unexpected difficulty was changed by hand.

Because a problem's rating is related to the people who solved it, many lower rated users solved it because they have seen the problem on the internet so the problem got a lower rating
