Why doesn't Codeforces force the contest authors to submit both the problems and editorials when accepting a contest? It would be really helpful to be able to access the editorials right after the contest. There are cases where the authors would want to target specific mistakes done by the participants (during contest) in the editorial. But I've rarely seen such detailed editorials. Most of the time, the editorials are straightforward solutions to the problem. If that is the case, then I don't see any harm in forcing the authors to be prepared with the editorial before the contest itself.

Codenurses grants you topic to talk with friends, from time to time. Say it with me: "haleluya!". Yes, haleluya!

Edit: Ooh... again downvotes? Said something smart. Good.

I totally agree with you.

I also find the argument that delayed editorial contributes to "more active discussion" or "giving more time to think the solution yourself" pretty bizarre. If they need help in training mental restraint, they should go seek their parent or a psychiatrist instead of browsing blogs on a CP platform.

Rounds should not be permitted to be scheduled without a prewritten editorial.

Disappointingly, a lot of posts where there is a suggestion to the site is not addressed by MikeMirzayanov or any admins. I hope this blog can be an exception, because I believe this to be an important issue.
