Troll accounts are nearly unescapable. No matter what restrictions are made, there will always be troll accounts, but please at least decrease spam. Look at recent actions now, it's all the same account. I think that having a time limit between blogs, like you can post another blog only 1 hour after another is good. What do you people think?

Can we ban accounts that hasn't taken more than 6 contests from posting blogs? (not comments)

    I don't think such measures help. There are many accounts that participate in contests and still do such stuff

IP ban I suggest. Even with blogs to be made within a 30 min time span. What he posts is pure shit

    IP Ban is never a solution. Those peoples use VPNs I guess. But the downside is that, sometimes, multiple users may share the same IP address, especially if they are using a shared network, such as a university or library. In such cases, an IP ban will prevent innocent users from accessing codeforces.
