Russia. Belarus wasn't even close in performance.

Hmm, never heard about IOI_1 and IOI_2 countries, where can I find them on the world map? Also, looks like your list doesn't contain Russia and Belarus, so it's not as complete as you're saying.
Although pretty objective, one should note that not all teams have 4 participants. For example team GBR would have been 14th rather than 30th if the standings were to be adjusted for the number of participants. Pointing cases like this out might give a better understanding of the actual country standings.
Is there a list of IOI 2024 teams? If so, how can I find it?
