How to restart?

Hi CF community

I left practicing codeforces questions long time ago and didn't participated in any codeforces contest for long time too. Now since I am thinking of re-starting it again so I wanna ask(to all those who had did this before) how can I restart?

The same way you start, just solve problems or do contests.

start by doing some virtuals if you're afraid of rating change
