After last round rating change i missed specialist by 11 points (although predictor showed +43 that makes it more sad). Now im feeling very bad and lost all motivation..

      Be realistic. Rating doesn't always go up. Focus on skills rather than rating. Seek motivation from learning new things and practicing regularly.

Uninstall your rating predictor, it is of no use. (Just a joke you can keep if you like)

You can look at my profile, my last round before specialist I got 1397 (which only missed by 3 points). But the next round I got +111! Maybe you can get a lot the next round, or the next round after that... Don't lose motivation.
