I ran a search and found these 3 problems that don't load in the problemset

Maybe because they're accompanied by some form of attachment.

Spoiler

For 1267 C, ICPC it opens in PDF format.

For 936 E, it really has an issue statement not available either in Russian or English.

For 1912 C, 23-24 ICPC NERC, a downloadable PDF for contest statements.

      well this world is interesting .People sometimes react based on the past reputation of the commenter rather than the comment itself

      Indeed! I find that comment telling something of use, how to access these statements with pdf files added and mention that 936 E has no statement in either language.
