Help in Epidemic in Monstropolis

Good day to you all.

for a while now I've been trying to debug my solution for this problem 733C - Epidemic in Monstropolis but I haven't figured it out...I got WA on test 64 and the test data is too huge to see where I went wrong I was hoping if you guys could help me out I'd be very grateful.
