jqdai0815 ist first because he did not participate for 3 months.
I think tourist's rank is not of too much importance.
But now I can see on the rating page is some master is higher than international master or some international grandmaster is higher than some legendary grandmaster
I don't think MiFaFa would drop if he participated the current rounds. But your "because" seems you're saying that MiFaFa keeps first not by his intelligence, but by his good luck.
My intention was to passively aggressive provoke his participation in the next contest. I am really far away from judging his intelligence in any sense.
If you'll follow tourist on TopCoder, you would think otherwise.
