I'm looking to practice Div2 A and div3 A problems from the previous contests. IS there any website which gives all A problems together

Give contests. Go to contests section on the top. Click on any upcoming contest and check in the announcement ,if it is rated. Give a rated contest and according to your skill, you will get rating and color. It's not "needed" per se, rather a choice if you wish to compete or not.

Why solving every Div.2 and Div.3 A problem? After like a hundred A you'll become pretty good at them so you need to solve harder problems then to progress faster.

I know that I should solve harder problems but everytime in the contest I panic with the problem A and that ruins the rest of the contest for me

I think the problem is just psychological. The contest begins and you start panicking about problem A. Stop participating in rounds for a while, solve a lot of A problems and once you become good at them start solving harder problems until you notice a difference in your skills. Then continue participating in rounds and I think the problem then is solved I hope.

Codeforces API does not provide many useful features, so I developed a utility for working with codeforces. Something web-scraping.
