Your rating graph is nice, giving me a lot of motivation. You are stuck at newbie for almost 9 months and then suddenly you become specialist. I am also stuck at newbie from over 8 months. ( You can see my rating graph, can you suggest something to me for improving other than practice??)

Read books, learn algorithms and data structures, and... You guessed it. Practice.

Looking at your rating and your past contests, I would recommend first trying to do 900's. If you can do them pretty easily, then move onto 1000R problems. Then just continue on. 1100R, 1200R and so on.

          1. Solve problems that are biger than your acount's rating!
          2. For example:if your account's rating is 1000 than solve problems with ratings 1100 or 1200!!!

Qualified but some of expert & master coders said that i won't get too much benifit with difficulty <1400 cause there is very less things to learn. Moreover i'm quite comfortable with 1000 rating. What you followed to level up?

I think that there is a lot to learn from <1400R problems. You can experience those problems and you could apply such problem solutions during a contest. If you think that 1000R problems are comfortable with you try 1100. Stop doing 1000 and go for 1100's. If those seem easy to you, try 1200's. The point is, if you feel comfortable with a rating range of a problem, do harder problems. Don't solve too easy or too hard problems, that's just stupid. As Errichto says, "Solving too easy or solving too hard is stupid. Solve problems that are slightly out of your comfort zone.

I have to disagree with that; when I first started cp, I found 1200s and 1300s extremely hard (and rewarding to solve!) and often learned some new insights or common algos from them.

As long as you see improvement and find the problems rewarding, that's enough.

I never kept track. I was pretty slow when starting cp (learned dfs after like 8-9 months lol) since I focused more on math contests at the time, but I just solved problems that seemed hard for me. And at that time, it was cf 1000-1300.

To get the cyan color you need to quickly solve 2 or 3 div2 problems, 3 or 4 div3 problems (an Expert suggested to me). And I found that the above problems only see some trick that it can be solved simply. So my solution is to solve all the problems A on the codeforces (then to B, C, ...) the main purpose of this strategy is to train reflexes to come up with a quick solution to the problem. My ratings are on a positive note so I think this solution is correct, but the cost is that you will almost use up all your time in practice!

solve all the problems A on the codeforces (then to B, C, ...) Well this will take quite some time. I think 100-200 would be a good number instead.
