Help on Strongly Connected Components?

Dear Codeforces community,

Yesterday, I was doing a problem on SCCs, what is a strongly connected component, how to use the component, please?

I know that "strongly" means that it is "with strength", why is the SCC strong? Thanks, please?

Guys, also, why is WCC weak? Are we discriminating against the people who are less able? Thanks? Hello people, what is the connect?
