Using Plagiarism To Prevent Rating Reducing

What is the punishment of plagiarism? Is there any rating punishment for plagiarism in the rated contest? If not then there is a chance where someone you use multiple accounts to prevent himself from negative delta with the help of plagiarism. I mean paste the same solution in multiple accounts which leads him to be claimed of plagiarism and finally, he will save his rating by being disqualified from that specific round. If I said anything wrong then I am sorry.

yes, there should be a rating punishment and I think it should be doubled at that time of negative rating he/she will get.Programming is a kind of sport. Here you shouldn't cheat with others and yourself too

I think that there is some kind of penalty for plagiarism as I have seen many ppl asking to get back their lost rating after being caught in plagiarism in the cf blog (which mentions that rule of 3rd party code is changing) Link. But I don't see anything like rating drop in their graph so I am not sure.

Well if there isn't one then there should be, to at least discourage this kind of activity.

yeah you are right and many have done this once or twice.

I think CF can skip all of the participant's solutions but not skip the participant out of the contest, which is equal to all his/her solutions failed system test, and naturally comes a huge negative delta as punishment.

upd: there is already some of those cheaters ended up with what I said above... but there's more ended up with success in avoiding negative deltas, I have already seen two examples but I do not want to post it here

I think there is some rule like if they skip the contest often like 3,4 times there account might not be in use anymore. Not sure though, one of my friend told me this. Why not take in this way that, If they are skipping the contest, surely my standing will improve and so will my rating.
